Our initial consultation will allow us to develop a plan tailored to you. I will assess your current fitness and mobility levels so that we can set realistic goals based on your abilities and make adjustments when and where necessary.
DOWNLOADABLE PROGRAM
Programs are designed specifically on working towards your goals and will be designed over 12 weeks blocks. Programs will be accessible through the "Handsdan App" which you will be given access to once your program has been created.
EDUCATION
Being educated while exercising is essential in maximising effectiveness and reducing risk of injury. I will teach you everything you need to know about how to get your body moving more efficiently.
MOTIVATION
Exercising consistently can be challenging and at times it may feel like there aren’t enough hours in the day. It can be difficult to find the motivation to work out. Sometimes all we need is a little support.
TRAINING SCHEDULE
We will factor in your life commitments, job, family, etc. I want you to be realistic with your commitment, and stick to the program, whether it's 2, 3 or 4 times per week.

Why you SHOULD hire a coach
As a child we were guided by our parents. In school we had a teacher educate us. In sports we had coaches, and everyone in business has greatly benefited by having a mentor. Find a coach that understands what your body needs, and what you need to do to get there. You want to pick someone relatable, someone who has done the hard yards, made the mistakes, so YOU DON'T HAVE TO!!
